  • Kiaat and Mthatha Private Hospitals: The total Turn-Key Design, Development, Project and Construction Management, Equipping and Commissioning of 2 new private hospitals in Mpumalanga (The new Kiaat Private Hospital) and the Eastern Cape (The new Mthatha Private Hospital) comprising 125 & 52 beds respectively. Both hospitals were commissioned successfully in 2014 and 2013 respectively and are currently in operation.
  • Dr George Mukhari Hospital: Clinical, Technical and Operational Lead for the Procurement of Transaction Advisor Services to the Gauteng Department of Health and Social Development for the Procurement of the Proposed Public Private Partnership of the Dr. George Mukhari Hospital (RFP 18/2010).
  • African Medical Investments (AMI): Project Manager for the turnaround of three hospitals situated in Maputo, Dar es Salaam and Harare. This included the Project Management of a boutique hospital in Harare.
